Welcome to Hope Universe. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our Telegram Mini App, including features such as mining, tasks, invite rewards, games, leaderboard, marketplace actions, wallet connection, and weekly contest entry.
1. Our Philosophy
Hope Universe is designed around consistency, fairness, and transparency. We reward real participation and community growth. Abuse, manipulation, and unfair advantage are against these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
- You must use a valid Telegram account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account session.
- You agree to provide accurate information when required by app features.
3. Wallet and Blockchain Actions
- Some features require a connected TON wallet on TON Mainnet.
- Blockchain transactions are initiated by you through your wallet and may be irreversible.
- You are responsible for reviewing recipient address, amount, and fees before confirming any wallet transaction.
4. Rewards, Tickets, and Virtual Economy
- Points, XP, streaks, and tickets are in-app virtual values and are not cash or legal tender.
- We may adjust reward logic, balancing, eligibility rules, and feature parameters to maintain fairness.
- Weekly contest entry requirements and ticket deductions apply as shown in the app.
5. Fair Use Rules
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to farm actions or rewards.
- Create fake referrals, duplicate accounts, or coordinated abuse of invite systems.
- Exploit bugs, reverse engineer core logic for abuse, or disrupt normal service operation.
6. Enforcement
If we detect abuse, fraud, or violations, we may limit features, remove rewards, suspend participation in specific systems, or block access to protect ecosystem integrity.
7. Service Availability
We work to keep the app reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, Telegram platform behavior, blockchain congestion, and third-party wallet issues may affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hope Universe is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from wallet usage, transaction timing, service interruptions, or user-side security failures.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
